Command Block Engineer
While most behind the scenes positions are capable of being completed by only a single individual, The construction of builds tend to be done best through a large sum of creative and talented Builders, ultimately making them the backbone of Perspective's story based content. The basic job of a Builder is to take the concepts decided by the Story Writer, then design, develop, and construct them into a reality. As a builder, you will be capable of expressing your creative ideas in a way that best suits your build style, and will be provided with projects based on your creative control preferences.
The well known art of Command Block Engineering stems from taking what isn't thought to be possible in an everyday Minecraft world, and making it possible. Command Block Engineers are the individuals who through the process of coding, control all forms of special effects seen on PerspectiveSMP, basically working the polish that makes the story seem so visually appealing. Being one of the more difficult roles the server has to offer, anyone who applies for this position must at least have very thorough knowledge of the scoreboard and team system, the execute and particle command, and all three types of command blocks.
Have you ever wanted to play pretend along side a large group of other individuals without it being considered weird and childlike? I'm not quite too sure it's any less weird playing pretend on whats considered to be a kids game, but it's a vital process to our story development nonetheless. Actors are individuals who a play the part of a story related character, changing their username, skin, and even speech patterns to match the part they're assigned. Actors almost always tend to have another job in the "Behind The Scenes Crew", and must always be in the Discord chat with a muted microphone via Story Bot whilst playing their character.
Actor
Despite being seen as a secondary role, Story Writers tend to have the most difficult and high demanding job of them all. From cinematic atmosphere to controlling the most basic of story concepts, these individuals are the masterminds behind every direction given out to the other positions. Story Writers must have the capability to develop creatively intriguing, mind boggling story concepts on the spot with no plot holes or cliche content. They must also be very open to the ideas of others, capable of taking hard doses of criticism, and know how to perceive their own ideas from the eyes and ears of others.
If you are an individual capable of making the sky appear an apocalyptic red, can make a 3D staff out of an axe texture, or know how to make Miley Cyrus's "Wrecking Ball" play on command, then you are just the person we're looking for. A Resource Master is a secondary role that tends have relatively high knowledge of resource pack development and creating 3D models to display in game. Individuals of this role should at very minimum be capable of changing sound files with custom music, exchanging animated textures with a specified block, and know how to change various sky textures.

Rules & Requirements
1. You must have a Legal version of Minecraft. Cracked accounts are not accepted.
2. You must have an active Discord account along side functioning speakers and a decent microphone (No built in laptop microphones).
3. Giving away the IP to non Perspective individuals will result in permanent suspension.
4. Unless an actor, you may not have any form of interaction with Adventurers whilst on the server period.
5. Any information regarding the development of Perspective is deemed private, and is not yours to share with anyone outside of the Behind The Scenes Crew.
6. Must be as open as possible towards the idea's of others.
7. Unless playing a character at that exact moment, You must be in vanish mode at all times whilst on the server.
8. Only one account may be white listed on the server at a time.
9. Constant Drama or Hostile Behavior will result in consequences.
10. Must follow the directions of the "Story Writers" and their overall blueprints. (We would hate to have you dismantle something you've worked so hard to create because of space issues or it falls under an unfitting theme).
11. Must use operative commands responsibly. We trust you will have enough human decency not to use your operative privileges in a corrupt manner, for this may cause a lot of chaos on the server.
12. Must be capable of taking hard criticism without aggravation
13. Being unnecessarily rude whilst providing criticism to others may result in consequences.
14. [Actor] Whilst logged onto the server as a disguised a character, you MUST be in the general Discord voice chat with your "StoryBot" account and your microphone muted at all times.
15. [Actor] You must ALWAYS be in vanish mode before logging off. This is so you can log back on without any notification to the "Adventurers" currently on the server.
16. [Actor] Breaking complete character will remove you from your role as an Actor.
17. [Actor] If you are an Actor with in game operative permissions, try to avoid flying in creative mode whilst acting unless it accurately represents your character. Some characters may even spend the entire season in survival mode.
18. [Command Block Engineer] Label your Scoreboard Objectives in a way that others can easily understand
19. [Command Block Engineer] Always take Lag into consideration with your creations. Not all members have a beefy computer.
20. [Command Block Engineer] Triple check your commands. Even one small typo can cause irreversible havoc for EVERYONE on the server.
